Bradley Reels Policy & Conditions of Purchase

Bradley Reels are precision made in the US– each reel is built separately and built in the order of receipt. Our reels come with a warranty. Our warranty covers all manufacturer malfunctions with no expiration. If a reel is damaged by customer neglect, a charge will be imposed to the customer. The maker will examine each reel and charges will be assessed at that time. We feel very strongly about customer satisfaction and always do our best to insure our customers are pleased and delivery is timely. However, each reel must meet a standard of perfection, this sometimes can delay delivery. Bradley Reels reserves the right to delay delivery if the product does not meet our standard. We have a NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY, as we warranty our product.
Please note that we require a 50% deposit at time of order, balance is due upon receipt by customer including shipping and handling.
